Mushroom Cat Scratching Post

Give a cat a dedicated scratching shape with this mushroom-inspired post. The rounded cap and upright stem turn an everyday pet accessory into a small decorative object, while the wrapped scratching area provides a defined surface for clawing. A broad base supports the post from below, keeping the mushroom form separate from the floor or surrounding furniture. The combination of sisal rope and a soft-looking velvet-textured covering creates visible differences between the working area and the decorative sections. Place it in a suitable level indoor location where the cat already spends time, leaving enough room around the base for approaching and moving around the post. Its compact mushroom outline can sit beside a chair or in a pet corner without the size and complexity of a multi-level cat tree. The decorative treatment continues across the mushroom cap and its supporting base. The mushroom shape turns a scratching surface into a decorative part of the pet's surroundings. Place it on a suitable level area near an existing cat activity spot and let your cat explore it at its own pace.
