Unboxing Video Requirement
Important: To ensure accurate processing of refund and return claims, customers must record a video while unboxing their package. This video serves as proof of the items received and their condition upon delivery.
The unboxing video must:
- Show the package in its original sealed condition before opening
- Clearly display the shipping label and order number
- Show the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
- Clearly show all items and their condition inside the package
Without an unboxing video, we cannot verify claims of missing or damaged items and may not be able to process your refund request.
